Bitcoin Era - Terms and Conditions

This Agreement shall be legally binding on any person or entity who accesses or uses the BitcoinEra Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and shall therefore be bound by all the Terms & Conditions contained herein, as well as any regulations and laws applicable to the particular jurisdiction from which the User accesses the Website from. Users are urged to read these Terms & Conditions carefully.
  1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT

  3. USER LICENSE

    1. The classification and applicable tax status of digital assets, such as cryptocurrencies, are uncertain in many jurisdictions.
    2. The User acknowledges, understands and agrees that the trading of these categories of assets may have tax obligations and/or consequences which the User will be solely responsible for and to ensure compliance with.
    3. The User must seek his/her own tax advice in connection with purchasing and trading in digital assets.
    4. The owner(s) of the Website will bear no liability or responsibility whatsoever with respect to any of the Users tax obligations and/or consequences.

    1. The User is aware that all digital assets are decentralized and therefore there are no guarantees given regarding the stability of the value of these types of technologies.
    2. The User is aware that the owner(s) of the Website do not have any control over the underlying decentralized technologies which digital assets use and therefore cannot be held liable in any way for any profits or losses experienced by the Users.
    3. There may be instances when the User is redirected to third party websites, in such instances, the owner(s) of the Website are in no way responsible for the content, claims or materials on these third-party sites, nor for the actions taken by the owner(s) of these third-party sites and companies. Further, the owner(s) of this Website cannot be responsible for the security and data protection models followed by these third-party sites in any manner whatsoever.

    3. Nothing in the Agreement and no action taken by the Parties pursuant to the Agreement shall constitute, or be deemed to constitute, either Party the agent of the other Party for any purpose.
    4. The User is entirely responsible to ensure that he/she is authorized to access the Website and any third-party links from this Website, in terms of the applicable regulations and laws of the jurisdiction in which they are resident in or from which they access the Website from. The owner(s) of the Website will not be liable for any action or damages whatsoever, should a User access the Website from a prohibited jurisdiction.
    5.
